We loved the comforts of this affordable hotel. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The location was fantastic and convenient, not far from an observation wheel. The hotel is just 0.5 km away from the airport.

Cheap and reasonably spacious room, I appreciated the hotel!
The total stay was very very good at every night for our stay. We booked a room with a very comfy bed, climate control and television. Breakfast at the desk. The location was excellent and favourable: a market and stores were within walking distance. This hotel was in an industrial area.

I didn't like anything
bad neighbourhood, unpleasant staff, old furniture, not clean, some smell in the room, expensive for this conditions. They wanted to charge me more than the price I booked the room.On the question how to get the airport they offered a taxi, but I took metro, because it takes very short time.

Absolutey nothing, Hotel was awful holes in wall., live wires sticking out of the wall, no blankets, phone out of order, holes in mattress, cover did not cover the bed. Each night I had to go and get another key as they only gave the key for one night and we stayed 7 mnights.
everything except the cleaning lady who was very friendly

The room was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. I felt safe and had a good night's sleep.
The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms.

This place is situated in a great spot, though the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at times.

The cleaning of the room was good, and made on a daily basis. The toiletries (that was resumed to the soap) and the towels were renewed every day. The first day though, the towels were wet and smelled like they were used and i had to ask them to replace them to new ones.
The front desk service of the hotel is terrible, i was expecting to receive mail and when i asked the front desk they said that they didnt receive anything, which i found it strange, in my checkout i insisted that they must have received it, and they guy remembered that there was a mail that was received which they were about to return to the sender, and when he showed me it was my mail. I couldnt believe, because had my name on it and the front desk couldnt check in the list of the guests to see if there was somebody with that name in the hotel. It was an ridiculous error, that could be avoid, and almost i didnt get my mail before i leave the hotel.Other thing is that the localization is in a dangerous neighborhood, so be careful at night.

Management was considerate and helpful and the was good for parking--which is difficult in DC. However, I did not have a car so it was a distance to the subway. The hotel was clearly acceptable though with an "industrial" flavor to the neighborhood.
Phone did not work at all, so the manager woke me up himself with a knock on the door. Road construction made it hard to get to the hotel. TV was OK but did not have even the weather channel. There was no blanket for the bed--through the place was clean and had clean towels.
